Armed with the ultra-high definition CGO3+ camera the Typhoon H has everything you need to get in the air as soon as possible so you can record incredible scenes from your own unique perspective. Not only does the built in camera record 4K video footage but it can also shoot high velocity 120fps movies for slow motion as well as being able to capture high res images.

Advanced Obstacle Avoidance System

Featuring Intel RealSense technology, the Typhoon is able to make a 3-Dimensional scan of its surroundings to provide real-time obstacle navigation. As well as detecting the environment around it the system is capable of remembering objects to provide advanced obstacle avoidance. The Real Sense Technology also allows the drone to utilise intelligent routing to circumnavigate complex terrain while still tracking your movements.

Intel RealSense for Inside and Outside Flights

The RealSense Module by Intel consists of a R200 camera and a dedicated processor to crunch the environment data enabling advanced navigation. The addition of the camera and Intel processor make it possible to fly the Typhoon H both inside and outdoors without requiring a GPS signal.

Compact Portable Design

The Typhoon H is designed to offer the best of both worlds with a robust carbon fibre construction as well as enhanced portability with added protection for transportation. The 6 rotor arms are collapsible ensuring that they fold down for convenience and compactness. Retractable landing gear folds out of the way of the camera to provide the drone with a 360° of panning movement without the drone’s legs getting in the shot.

Included Android Controller with Touchscreen

Instead of needing additional tablets or iPads the Typhoon H’s includes a ST16 controller with a large built-in 7-inch touchscreen LCD panel to display live flight footage in HD 720p and allow precision control over the hexacopter.

Advanced Control System

The ST16 is your personal ground station providing an easy and intuitive remote controller that uses an Android system to allow you to freely and remotely adjust your settings. The remotes are team mode compatible, so it is possible to connect multiple controllers to the drone simultaneously, to independently control the drone and camera for co-ordinated shots.

Remote Control

Included in the Intel RealSense kit is the Yuneec Wizard Ward which allows for simple remote control of the aircraft from the ground. The Typhoon H is able to follow the signal of the wand to provide even more accurate tracking and with the remote you are able to send height and angle commands to the drone.

Range of Automated Flight Modes

Featuring an assortment of different intelligent flight modes makes it easy for you to control the motion of the hexacopter with ease.

Collision Avoidance System
Using front facing sonar sensors the Typhoon is able to stop short of obstacles ensuring that the drone doesn’t accidentally collide with any objects. The 6 rotor system is programmed so that if one rotor does fail the drone is able to switch to 5 rotor mode so it can stay in the air longer without complications.

Orbit Me Mode
Setting a circular path around the pilot of the Typhoon H this mode keeps the camera trained on you as you pilot the drone even as you move.

Point of Interest Mode
Similar to the Orbit mode this mode allows you to select you own subject or point of interest that you want the drone to orbit making it perfectly suited for landmarks or other important objects.

Journey Mode
In the journey flight mode, the drone flies out and away as far as 45 Metres to capture the perfect selfie.

Curve Cable Cam Mode
By Setting an invisible route for the drone to fly along the Curve Cable Cam setting allows you to take full control of the cameras functions while the drones flies between your preset co-ordinates.

Dynamic Return to Home Mode
By activating the Return to Home on the Typhoon H will return to you and land within 8 metres.

Follow and Watch Me Mode
In Follow Me mode the Typhoon H will move along with you, and the Watch Me Mode follows along but also makes sure the camera is also pointed at you at the same time.

In Built Antenna for a 1.6km Flight Range

The hexacopter uses a 5.8Ghz Antenna built into the unit to send both the control signal and the live feed while flying back to the ground station. It can maintain a constant control up to 1.6Km away and uses 16 different channels to ensure a clear connection.

25-Minute Flight Time

Boasting up to 25 minutes of flight time the drone gives you lots of time in the air to learn the ropes so you can get better with time you take off. The ample flight time means you don’t have to land the drone between shots you can re-shoot easily while still filming.

3-Axis Gimbal with 360° Rotation
