Shipping & Dispatch Times

Please allow 3–5 business days for delivery once your order has been dispatched.

Dispatch timeframes shown on individual product pages are estimated only. These estimates may vary depending on current stock availability, supplier availability, order volumes and warehouse processing requirements.

Where possible, in-stock items are dispatched promptly. If your order contains items with different availability timeframes, available items may be shipped first and the remaining items placed on back order. Shipping & handling is only charged once per order.

Shipping & Handling Rates

The standard flat rate for shipping and handling is $9.95 for all orders.

Some bulky items may require a higher freight charge. If this applies, we will contact you before processing your order to confirm the cost.

Delivery Updates & Peak Periods

Delivery delays

Delivery may occasionally be affected by courier volume, weather conditions, regional delivery limitations or additional order verification requirements.

Sale periods

During EOFY, Black Friday and Christmas periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer due to increased order volumes.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details where available.

If There’s an Issue With Your Order

Faulty on arrival (DOA)

If your item arrives faulty and has not been used, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and arrange a suitable resolution in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Incorrect item received

If the product delivered does not match your order confirmation, please contact us promptly and we will arrange the appropriate exchange or refund.
