50mm Prime Cine Lens

A 50mm lens MFT is useful for mid close-up shots and produces a compression similar to human vision, making it one of the most natural looking focal lengths available. The 35mm, 50mm, and 85mm Cinema Vista series from Tokina are identical in size and have precisely located gears for focus and iris in the same positions, to save the need to reset your follow focus after changing between these lenses.

Maximum T1.5 Iris 

The Cinema Vista Series are large-aperture lenses with an impressive T1.5 light transmission rating with a 9-bladed iris that renders stunning out-of-focus bokeh. The wide aperture provides excellent versatility shooting in low lighting conditions while also delivering the ability to shoot with a creative narrow depth-of-field.

8K Capable Video Resolution

A meticulously designed prime optical construction uses 14 lens elements precisely arranged in 13 groups to ensure that the performance of the lens is first-class with an ultra-low level of distortion. The extraordinary level of detail the lens is able to resolve make it more than capable of the strict requirements for 8K video capture.

Refined Control System

Designed for to make life easier for camera operators, the focus and iris gears have a long throw of 300°, allowing for subtle adjustments. Focus distance measurements on the barrel are viewable from either side of the lens and the 112mm screw-in filter size allows you to swap matte boxes easier.

Full Frame Compatible

The whole Tokina Cinema vista lens range has an impressive image circle which can cover full frame sized sensors along with super 35mm, VistaVision, and micro four third format sensors.

Greatly Reduced Focus Breathing

Designed to control breathing while pulling focus between subjects the lens has virtually no shift in the field of view. This smooth transition helps to ensure your audience remains immersed in the shot without being distracted.
