The Tether Tools Air Direct Wireless Tethering System offers a seamless workflow that allows you to effortlessly connect your camera to your computer. Air Direct’s utility software creates a virtual PTP connection, enabling you to wirelessly control your camera and transfer files. It works by attaching to the compatible camera via a USB-C connection, and can also be mounted on the cameras hot-shoe. This allows a huge amount of flexibility for photographers, especially when it comes to full day studio shoots where the workflow needs to maintain a fast pace.

Seamless Workflow

The device allows for wireless camera control, along with simultaneous RAW and JPEG image transfer. It is additionally compatible with Capture One, Smart Shooter, Lightroom, DarkRoom, Canon EOS Utility, Nikon Camera Control Pro 2, Helicon Remote, AstroDSLR and Phocus, while the Air Remote App connects the System to iOS and Android devices.

Instantly Share Files

Aside from being able to instantly share your files with your own computer or SmartPhone the Air Direct’s Bridge Mode offers the ability to share images via a FTP site, meaning they can be shared straight to clients and social media.

Long Lasting Power

The Air Direct I equipped with its own power source, meaning it will not drain your camera battery during use. For longer shoots, there is also the option to use a large external USB battery or AC wall power via the supplied DC cable. The handy thing about this product is that you can swap between power sources without it shutting down.
