Designed for full frame sensors, the 24-70mm G2 Lens Canon uses sophisticated optical technology that consists of 17 elements arranged in 12 groups. 3 LD (low dispersion) glass elements are used to correct chromatic aberrations and the eBAND (Extended bandwidth and Angular Dependency) and BBAR (Broad-band Anti-Reflection) coatings ensure contrast is optimised and image quality is preserved.

5-stop Image Stabilisation

With a massive 5 stops of vibration control the lens offers astoundingly smooth image stabilisation for better low-light and hand-held shots. The lens features dual MPU processor chips, one of which is dedicated to image stabilisation calculations for improved vibration reduction.
