The Syrp Genie II Pan Tilt Head New is the follow up to the enormously popular Syrp Genie Pan and Tilt Kit. The new generation of Syrp’s Genie series makes use of USB-C, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity to grant unprecedented control over your time-lapse and cinematic movement as well as your camera settings. It also introduces a live-view function as well as joysticks for manual control, a removable battery and keyframed motion that allow you to program course and speed changes using the app.

Able to introduce buttery smooth panning and tilting motion to your shot, the Genie II can help you capture incredibly cinematic movements making it perfect for video shooters as well as time-lapse photographers. The Pan Tilt head is designed to be compatible with the Genie II Linear drive to enable stunning 3-axis motion.

Full Camera Control and Live-View Function

A massive new feature in the Genie II system is the integrated Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and USB-C connectivity that allows you to adjust settings on your camera directly from the Syrp app. A live-view mode means you can keep an eye on your exposure and framing while shooting and there is even a time-lapse compile function that provides a quick preview of your sequence.

Improved Syrp App with Keyframe Support

The updated Syrp Genie App now gives you the ability to keyframe the speed and course of your motion with individual control over each axis. This means you can create complex cinematic movements that are easily repeatable and adjustable down to the smallest degree.

Built-in Joystick for Movement Control

Designed to make setting up camera movements intuitive, the Syrp Genie II Pan and Tilt head now has an integrated joystick and LCD display that allows you to program your movement with or without using the app.

Auto Bulb Ramping for Time-lapse

It is always challenging to capture the holy grail of time-lapse photography, the sunrise or sunset sequence. The Genie II now boasts a feature called automated bulb ramping that allows you to gradually increase or decrease your exposure to suit the scene.

Multi-Row Panoramic Images

Super useful when trying to capture every detail of an epic looking landscapes, the Genie Pan and Tilt head from Syrp features a multi-row panorama mode that can be setup to take a series of images from different directions that can be combined into an ultra-high-resolution panoramic image.

Quick Release Mounting System

With an easy-to-use quick release plate, mounting your camera is straightforward and most importantly fast. It has been specifically designed to click straight into the Genie II Linear Drive unit so if your using the 3-axis kit your setup is fast and secure.

Up to 6kg Payload Support

When panning, the Syrp Genie II Pan and Tilt head supports a hefty payload of 6kg and 3.6kg when tilting. By limiting the tilt movement to the middle 60° the head can support 6kg which makes it suited for a wide range of different equipment from DSLR’s to cinema cameras.

Replaceable Battery

The ability to use multiple batteries means you are no longer limited by the power of a built-in battery, instead now you can carry as much power as you think you’ll need on your shoot and easily swap old batteries out for new ones when required.

Compatible with Syrp Motion Control Systems

The Syrp Genie II Pan and Tilt Head Controller New is designed to provide even more options when combined with the Syrp Slingshot for aerial track footage or the Genie Linear II Controller, both of which add an extra axis for more cinematic movement.
