This professional highly directional microphone for use on camera gives you transparent audio performance and is well suited to a range of devices in a professional setup.

The Mic-D30 has a patented Type-C interface that supports both a digital and an analogue audio signal output. This interface keeps more of the detail in the audio than the standard 3.5mm port, which can also be used.

Stepless Analogue Gain

A stepless analogue gain knob gives adjustments from -10dB to 15dB in a non-linear pattern. This feature allows a quick and easy adjustment of sound levels at your fingertips, easily boost or reduce sounds before they get into the camera or recording device. Both the microphone and headphone amplifiers are affected so you will hear the difference when monitoring the audio. Distortion-less audio is achieved through control of either the input or output signal

Audio Monitoring in Real Time

The standard 3.5mm TRS jack can be used with headphones to monitor the audio in real time. Great for discovering audio issues and making adjustments quickly. This powered shotgun mic pairs with headphones under 55 Ohm impedance for energy saving.

Acoustic Noise Cancelling

The ANCA (Acoustic Noise Cancelling Array) enables an improved processing of sound waves and reduces off-axis noise that you do not want to record. This focuses on the noise in front of the microphone capsule in a Super Cardioid Patternfor less noise and a clearer and more natural sound from your subject.

Built in Protection

An embedded internal overdrive system protects from recording distortion when a maximum sound pressure of 124 dB SPL is reached. This safety channel ensures no lost or broken audio by using 10dB attenuation.

Low Cut Filter & Low Noise

Minimal operational noise is apparent in the Synco MICD30, created through the use of ultra-low noise electronics. This is further enhanced by the use of an Optional 75Hz/150Hz Low Cut Filter that removes low frequency audio such as motors, airflow and traffic.
