SmallRig Camera Cage for Blackmagic Design Cinema Camera 6K 4785

The SmallRig Camera Cage 4785 is specifically designed for the Blackmagic Design Cinema 6K (Full-Frame) camera, ideal for handheld shooting and smooth camera movements. Offering solid protection, the cage utilises a three-point locking system, securing the camera with two 1/4"-20 screws at the base and a 1/4"-20 screw on the top. Integrated silicone pads protect the camera from scratches. The cage provides unobstructed access to all camera interfaces, card slots, the flip screen, and the battery compartment. It features compatibility with Sigma MC-31, Sigma MC-21, and similar lens adapters to protect the camera's mount.

For accessory mounting, the cage includes multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threaded holes, ARRI locating holes, and a cold shoe mount. These allow the attachment of side handles (2093, 4016), top handles (2165C), monitor mounts (2903, 2904), Manfrotto baseplates (1280, 2458), tripods (3989), and more. The cage also offers mounting options for magic arms (3873), cable clamps (3271, 3289, 2960), and protective covers to prevent signal loss.

To prevent twisting in portrait mode, two 1/4"-20 threaded holes are located at the handgrip. The left-side slider enables the quick attachment of slider rotation handles (3847) and slider handles (4017), facilitating rapid accessory mounting. Built-in cold shoe mounts are available for microphones, LED video lights, and SSD mount brackets (3272, 2343). Strap interfaces are included for wrist straps (3848, 2456) and shoulder straps (2793), while the QD interface allows integration with QD quick-release shoulder straps (4118).

The cage can also be converted into a half case for stabiliser setups, ensuring easier leveling. Additionally, a magnetic Allen wrench is included at the bottom of the cage for efficient accessory assembly and disassembly.
