The Sigma 95mm WR (Water Repellent) Protector Filter is a straightforward, clear filter with a 1x filter factor that is intended to provide general lens protection. This optically clear filter does not affect overall image quality while preventing dust, scratches, moisture, and other contaminants from damaging your lens. Internal ghosting and reflections are eliminated with this multi-coated filter. Anti-static coatings reduce static electricity accumulation, making dust particles easier to remove or preventing them from adhering to the filter. A water-repellent coating also improves the beading effect when in contact with water and oil, allowing for more efficient cleaning while also increasing scratch resistance.

Sigma WR Protector filters are constructed from optical glass with a black rim. Set within an aluminium-alloy filter ring that is durable while remaining lightweight, the glass provides increased clarity as well as colour fidelity while the black rim further ensures that reflections do not occur along the filter's edge.
