The yellow Action X40 V2 Backpack from Shimoda Designs has a 40L capacity and offers photographers a compact, durable carry solution that allows fast access to gear. Two padded sleeves hold and protect laptops or tablets up to 16". The roll top access allows you to expand or compress the volume depending on your needs. There are multiple attachment straps including TPU compression straps for increased durability when attaching bulky items such as skis. The removable helmet holder secures a bike or ski helmet to the exterior of your pack.

The pack's interchangeable and adjustable shoulder straps feature two zippered pockets to carry the latest pro-sized smartphone, a water bottle, or personal accessories. The removable waist belt offers stability and weight distribution when carrying heavy loads and the trolley sleeve attaches to your rolling luggage handle for seamless travel. This Parisian Nights-colored Medium DSLR Core Unit Version 2 from Shimoda Designs is an equipment insert that enhances the ability to organise the contents of a Shimoda Designs Action X50 Backpack, Action X70 Backpack, Carry-On Roller Version 2, and DV Roller. Designed to store camera, video, audio, or digital media equipment, it can accommodate up to two DSLR cameras and five lenses, including a 70-200mm f/2.8 lens; or two DSLR cameras and three lenses, including a 70-200mm f/2.8 lens, plus a medium-sized drone kit.

Equipment placed within this insert's non-abrasive interior can be arranged using its 10 padded, touch-tab dividers. To further complement a compatible backpack, the Medium DSLR Core Unit Version 2 also features a zippered side opening that aligns with the backpack's own zippered side opening for seamless accessibility to the equipment inside when the backpack is rotated from one's back to front with the right side facing upward.

This Core Unit features a soft, protective closed-cell foam construction and includes a Shimoda Designs Skin. A zippered cover with a top handle, the Skin protects the Core Unit from dust and allows it to be used independently, whether on its own or within another larger bag or case.
