The Rode VideoMic GO is a compact, lightweight video microphone suited to amateur and enthusiast filmmakers and videographers. Its unobtrusive design weighs in at a mere 73 grams and features a hardwearing Rycote Lyre Suspension mount which greatly reduces noise artifacts generated from bumps and vibrations to ensure crystal clear audio recording. The mount also features an integrated cold shoe for convenient attachment to a DSLR or Mirrorless camera plus a 3/8” thread for a wide variety of mounting options.

A super-cardioid polar pattern delivers excellent directional pickup whilst retaining some rear attenuation for a great natural overall sound. An included foam windshield minimises wind noise when shooting outside and provides a level of protection against the bumps and scratches encountered during everyday usage.

Drawing power from your cameras 3.5mm audio input, the Rode VideoMic GO is the perfect for on-the-fly shooting without the weight and bulk of more traditional microphones.
