A new digital switching system provides better control over the sound of your audio. The mic has two stage high pass filters of 75Hz and 150z that allow you to tweak the low end, as well as a high-end boost. In addition, the mic has a three stage gain control with a +20dB that allows you to turn down noisy pre-amps traditionally found in cameras as well as a 0dB and -10dB pad for recording in louder environments.Audio Safety Mode

The socket at the back of the microphone allows you to attach the included 3.5mm TRS cable so you can connect the microphone to an external audio recorder or camera audio port.
