The Rode Reporter is a handheld dynamic microphone specifically engineered to meet the demanding requirements of field reporting. Featuring an omnidirectional dynamic capsule, the Reporter delivers operational freedom by minimising the need to move the microphone back and forth between the interviewer and interviewee. 

An internal shock mounted capsule minimises handling noise while custom internal plosives screen to reject vocal plosives and unwanted ambient noise. Its frequency response has been customized to deliver a crisp and crystal-clear vocal reproduction under most scenarios. A multi-layer mesh basket encases the microphone and shields it from environmental noise without the need of an additional foam wind-shield. Also included is a durablepolycarbonate microphone flag to host a high-visibility logo if required.
