Position Your Flash Heads with the PhotoMed R2 Dual Point Flash Bracket
The PhotoMed R2 Dual Point Flash Bracket lets you position small, lightweight flash heads on either side of the lens for intraoral views or separate them by up to 60.96 cm for anterior esthetic views and lab communication. It features tension hinges between the bracket arms that let you change their position while still keeping tension so the arms don't move while you're shooting. The Nikon version (R2N Bracket) has a flash mount specifically for the Nikon SB-R200, which can be purchased individually or as part of the Nikon R1 and R1C1 packages. The Meike MK-MT24 macro flashes also use the same flash mount, and the Nikon, Canon and Sony versions of the MK-MT24 all need the R2-N bracket. If you're using a mirrorless camera, you'll need the R2 Mirrorless Adapter Kit along with the R2 Bracket. This kit adds a plate between the camera and the R2 Bracket, providing the extra space so the bracket doesn't touch the macro lens (this kit isn't included with the R2 Bracket and needs to be bought separately).
