2-Filter Pack

The 100mm ND Base Filter Kit from NiSi contains two of their most popular and best-selling neutral density filters, the 3-stop ND8 and 6-stop ND64 filters. Used to decrease the brightness of a shot, these filters can be used individually or together and are ideal for landscape photographers who want greater control over the light entering their camera.

3-Stop and 6-Stop ND Filters

The included ND8 and ND64 Neutral Density filters equip you with the ability to use a slower shutter speed when shooting in bright sunlight. The reduction in light also enables the use of wide-open apertures or longer exposures, allowing you to shoot with a shallow depth of field without the risk of overexposure or an extended exposure to produce motion blur into your composition.

Infra-Red and Nano Coating

Infrared protection coating on the filters blocks IR light so you can confidently shoot over the entire aperture range without any risk of colour casting. An anti-reflective Nano-coating on the both the optical surfaces limits glare to ensure that the colour accuracy and contrast of your photos are maintained.

Water and Smudge Resistant

A hydrophobic and oleophobic treatment helps the filters repel oil/grease and water, keeping them free of smudges while making them easier to maintain.

High Quality Clear Optical Glass

The filters are fabricated using high quality glass that boasts excellent optical transmission for a truly neutral colour balance and uncompromising image sharpness. The toughened glass also provides high resistance to scratches to ensure better longevity for your investment.

Compatible with 100mm Nisi Filter Holders

The filters are compatible with the Nisi 100mm filter holder (available separately) and also with other 100mm standard filter holders. Foam gaskets on the rear side of the filter ensure a snug fit in the filter holder slot while preventing stray light leakage. Four replacement seals are included as spares.

Cleaning Cloth and Filter Pouch Included

The NiSi 100 mm Neutral Density Base Filter Kit includes a micro-fibre filter cleaning cloth and a soft protective pouch that can hold up to four 100 x 100mm filters. The pouch design features individual slots to keep them separate, safe and free of scratches during storage and transit.
