The Nikon 10x42 CF ProStaff 7S binoculars are lightweight, all-terrain binoculars ideal for a wide range of uses including hunting, spectator sports, getting closer to nature and wildlife or bird watching. With an advanced optical system, they are designed to deliver sharper images and offer a 10x magnification.

Multicoated Lenses

They boast multi-layer coatings on the lenses and prisms, with Phase-Correction Coated Roof Prisms to deliver superior brightness, accurate colour rendition, and high optical quality of whatever you are viewing.

10x Magnification

Providing a 10x magnification, the binoculars feature Nikon's exclusive Eco-Glass in all of its lens and prism elements, which are crafted without the use of arsenic or lead. This ensures the highest levels of environmental and personal safety while producing edge-to-edge image clarity.

42mm Objective Diameter

The dual lenses feature a medium to large effective diameter of 42mm, producing excellent bright results with an enhanced, sweet spot in the middle of the optics.

High Reflection (HR) Mirror-Coated Prisms

The high-reflection (HR) mirror-coated prisms multi-layer coating which reduces reflectivity, so that more light can carry through the lenses. With this optical coating, the reflectivity is so high you can be certain you are enjoying the greatest clarity of image.

Phase Correction

The roof prisms include a phase-correction feature that is often only seen in more expensive binoculars. Sometimes because of internal reflections, light can become polarised inside the binoculars and split into two slightly out-of-phase beams. If this phase shift remains uncorrected, the resultant image will have less contrast and a lower resolution. With the phase correction coating on the roof surface of the prism, the split light is forced back in line. This delivers high resolution images with better contrast levels.

The Binoculars feature turn-and-slide rubber eyecups to reduce image vignetting if you wear glasses and non-spectacle wearing users alike. The ProStaff 7S binoculars are an essential all-weather companion for your outdoor adventures. They are filled with nitrogen gas and then completely sealed with an O-ring to keep out water, fog, and also ensure the best light transmission through the binoculars barrel. The binoculars also have rubber armouring for shock resistance and a firm, comfortable grip, to inspire confidence when you are using them in any environment even in wet, cold, or icy conditions. They are even submersible in water to a depth of 1m for up to 10 mins.
