The Manfrotto XPRO 4-Section aluminium video monopod includes a fluid head and FLUIDTECH base all combining to support up to 8kg of gear. This makes it a great, compact solution for videographers with heavier gear. It’s easy to use and can be set-up quickly, with its strong Quick Power Locks to secure your camera at the desired height. The fluid head comes with a quick-release plate and long control handle, so mounting and angling your camera is simple. The FLUIDTECH base provides smooth pan, tilt, and swivel movement all while maintaining the monopods position, delivering consistent and stable footage every time.

Fluid Video Head with Control Handle

The removable Manfrotto MVH500 fluid video head supports up to 5kg and uses a counter-balance mechanism for back and forth tilting movement. The head can move freely, or lock in place with a side-mounted knob, while a long control handle offers easy, accurate positioning of your camera.

Quick Release Plate Included

The MVH500 fluid head also comes with a long quick release plate that can accommodate larger DSLRs, video cameras, or long telephoto lenses. The aluminium plate has a standard 1/4 inch screw with a 3/8 inch adapter to fit a range of different gear.

4 Section Aluminium Monopod

The 4 section aluminium monopod has a maximum height of 203cm that offers a great range of versatility, like taking overhead footage in a crowd. It collapses down to 78cm making it easy to transport and use when shooting in confined areas where a tripod might not fit.

Direct Camera Mounting Options

The Manfrotto XPRO video monopod’s baseplate features two mounting screws, a 1/4 inch and a 3/8 inch, that enable you to mount your camera or lens directly. This is a great option if you prefer using a different style of head, or not to use a head at all.

Quick Power Locks for Easy Set-Up

Patented Quick Power Locks are designed to snap open fast, close easily, and offer unyielding lock strength to ensure the monopod stays at your desired height. The locks are complemented by D-shaped leg sections that resist twisting and rotation for extra stability and faster set-up.

Rubber Grip and Hand Strap

A rubberised grip provides a good handling even when wearing gloves, allowing the XPRO monopod to be set-up easily in a variety of situations. The included hand strap ensures it can be transported easily and stays within reach when you need it.

The Manfrotto XPRO 4-Section video monopod is equipped with an advanced FLUIDTECH base that uses a 3D fluid cartridge to deliver ultra-smooth pan, tilt and swivel movement. It offers excellent stability and can be vertically locked so only the 360° panning axis is engaged maintaining level and uninterrupted motion.
