Fast Setup and Adjustment

A ball head makes setting up your shot quick and adjustments just as fast. Using the main knob you can loosen and tighten the movement of the head and a dial inside the knob allows you to adjust the friction to help you balance your gear. The other dial on the head allows you to pan the head, perfect for panoramas and smooth video shots.

Hefty 9kg Payload

Designed for medium sized DSLR and mirrorless cameras the Manfrotto 494 can support a payload of 9kg worth of gear. This allows you to mount your camera along with a wide range of zoom and telephoto lenses with confidence.

The kit comes with a highly versatile 200PL-PRO quick release plate that also boasts an aluminium build just like the head combined with dual rubber inserts to improve the grip on your gear.

Compatible with RC2 and Arca-Swiss Plate Systems
