LAOWA utilises the shorter flange distance and smaller sensors on Fujifilm X and Sony E cameras to create the most compact 2:1 macro lens available. The 65mm lens features a 14-element in 10-group design with 3 extra-low dispersion glass elements to minimise chromatic aberrations. Inheriting the APO design from the Laowa 100mm f/2.8 2X macro lens, it excels in suppressing both lateral and longitudinal chromatic aberrations. With a bright f/2.8 aperture, it performs well in various lighting conditions and creates smooth, creamy bokeh.
