The Canon RF-mount Laowa 12mm f/2.8 Zero-D by Venus Optics offers a truly wide-angle perspective with its rectilinear optical design, effectively minimizing distortion for clear, accurate landscape and architectural photography. This lens features a pair of aspherical elements and three extra-low dispersion elements, controlling both spherical and chromatic aberrations to enhance sharpness and reduce colour fringing. With its Frog Eye Coating, the lens repels dust and moisture, ensuring reliable performance in challenging conditions. The manual focus design, along with a floating optical system, provides precision from 7.09 inches to infinity, while the integrated petal-shaped lens hood reduces flare and ghosting, making it ideal for bright lighting situations.
