The Fujinon XF27mm WR is a compact, F/2.8 aperture pancake lens from Fujifilm designed specifically for X Series Cameras. It offers excellent weather resistance and outstanding image quality.

Pancake Style

The Fujifilm XF27mm F/2.8 R WR is a compact lens with a 27mm focal length for a natural view, similar to that of the human eye. The pancake style ensures that is compact when shooting or carrying in a bag. The diameter of the lens has been matched to the APS-C sensor size creating a lens with excellent image quality that remains portable. The lens is both compact and thin.

Advanced Image Resolution

Even at its compact size, the XF27mm delivers advanced image resolution. Seven lens elements (one aspherical), in five different groups, reduces field curvature, distortion and spherical aberration. The resulting high image quality is apparent throughout the aperture range even at the wider open F/2.8.

Fast & Accurate Auto Focus

A high torque DC motor gives the lens quick and accurate autofocus, throughout the range, while being near silent. Subjects from close up to infinity focus will snap accurately into focus and the configuration of the lens elements maintains the image quality.

F Stop Scale Aperture

Users can check the aperture setting at a glance with the F Stop Scale on the lens. The on-lens adjustment offers quick and easy aperture settings changes, with a range from F/2.8 to F16 and Auto.

Easily adjust the aperture on the move as lighting conditions change without having to look at the screen or through the viewfinder.

The Auto (A) position lock will lock into auto mode stopping accidental aperture adjustments while shooting.

Versatile Shooting

The standard view, compact design and portability make this a great all-rounder lens suitable for a range of different shooting styles. The lens will work well for street shooting, landscapes, portraits, interiors and so much more.

The addition of weather resistance offers an extra level of protection against the dust and water. This weather resistance is applied at 7 different points on the XF 27mm lens, for full use even at low temperatures down to -10°C.

Compact Lens Hood Included

As well as a standard lens cap the Fujinon XF 27mm F/2.8 also includes a dome lens hood (LH-XF27) and a hood cap (LHCP-27). This low-profile hood is great for users wanting to keep the hood on all the time and still have protection of the front element.

As one of the thinnest and most lightweight lenses in the Fuji X Series Range, the lens is just 2.3cm long and weighs only 0.84kg. This lens is an excellent addition for assignments requiring quality and portability.
