The Blackmagic Design Studio Fiber Converter provides a robust bi-directional fiber optic interface for the Blackmagic Camera Fiber Converter, supporting communication up to 1.6 miles away. Perfect for OB vans, television studios, and large venues, this converter carries video, audio, communication, and control signals over a single SMPTE fiber connection. The rear panel includes SDI connections for HD or UHD 4K video, HD return feeds, and audio breakout through four XLR connections. Additional ports include reference in/out, PTZ, intercom/tally on D connectors, Ethernet, and SFP fiber (with optional SFP cage). A single SMPTE fiber connector for the Camera Fiber Converter and a 12.7cm display are located on the front panel for streamlined monitoring.
