The Pixel K80C is a professional RGB Color LED light for photography and video. It is fully featured with easy to use controls, stepless dimming, wireless functionality - all of this in a compact size.

Bright and Colourful

This light is capable of full colour at a 360° colour gamut - great for some creative lighting and special effects. The light will also output a clean 'white' light and various adjustable colour temperatures utilising the bi-colour LEDs with a range of from 2600-10,000K. That ultra-wide range makes the K80c very versatile when it comes to matching ambient light sources of various scenes. The 600 SMD highlight diodes output a bright light that can be easily dimmed for a more subtle effect. You can be sure of always having enough light. The stepless dimming works from 0-100% power for small, incremental adjustments in light power. The full range of brightness covers 0.5M-5500 Lux.

Accurate Colour Reproduction

As with other Pixel LED lights you can be sure of accurate colour and light reproduction with a Colour Rendering Index (CRI) of 97+. This means that the light from the Pixel Pro LED Light K80C RGB will be richer in colour, more detailed with more accuracy between hue and saturation. This will even reduce issues with colour casts on various external light sources. This light accuracy is one of the features that makes the Pixel K90C a professional bit of gear. The light has actually been optimised to suit photo and video and to work with the eyes.

Above & Beyond Features

The K80C has 9 scene light effects built in and these can be easily adjusted via the rear panel that sports the various controls and a display. From here you can also configure wireless control of multiple lights with a choice of up to 48 channels and multiple groups. The wireless control runs at the standard 2.4GHZ. A 30K/HZ refresh rate allows for high frequency shooting for less flickering at various framerates.

Four Leaf Metal Baffle

The four leaf metal baffle, or barndoors, as they are also know will enable you to shape and control the shape of the light coming out of the panel. These are a must-have to control light spill and with four you can shape light to the left, right, up and down. As an extra bonus, closing the metal baffle over the light panel will keep the front of the panel that stores the LEDs protected.

In the Studio or On the Go

For a feature-packed light, it comes in at a fairly compact and lightweight form. This professional Pixel RGB light weighs just 1.4kg and the light panel is just 2.5 cm thick, or thin. While the full feature set makes the K80C a great addition in studio, the small size and weight make it a compact travel companion and it is even light enough to put on your camera. A power supply is provided for plug in use and if you would like to take the light out and about, you just need to purchase an optional Sony NP Type battery. The Pixel K80C can take 1 or 2 of these batteries for extended capturing time.
