The Panasonic Leica DG Summilux 25mm f/1.4 II ASPH Lens is popular with the Lumix G series shooters. Its 50mm equivalent focal length on Micro Four Thirds mount cameras is combined with an ultra-bright f/1.4 maximum aperture for excellent suitability as a portrait, street or still-life lens.

Ultra-Sharp Image Results

Internally the DG 25mm f/1.4 II features a Ultra-High Refractive Index element and two aspherical elements to deliver excellent edge to edge detail, improved contrast and accurate colour reproduction throughout the aperture range.

Anti-Refective Nano Lens Coating

Details are further improved with an anti-reflective nano coating applied to individual elements control ghosting, flare and chromatic aberration. The end result is greater contrast and improved colour fidelity, especially when shooting into direct sunlight.

Stepping Motor AF Design

The stepping AF motor is ideal for photo and video applications. Its fast, smooth, near-silent operation is crucial, especially when shooting with the ultra-shallow depth of field that its seven-blade diaphragm produces.

Weather Sealed Construction
