Nikon AF-S DX Micro Nikkor 40 mm f/2.8G Lens

This large aperture macro lens is designed for use with Nikon DX DSLR camera bodies with an APS-C crop sensor. It allows you to take extreme close-up shots and achieve life-size 1:1 reproduction with beautiful blur effects that can only be achieved with a macro lens.

It is equipped with a Silent Wave Motor (SWM) for very quiet AF (autofocus) and two focus modes: M/A (autofocus with manual override) and M (manual). Its compact size and light weight make it a very portable lens.
