The MH-C980 is the world's most advanced eight cell AA/AAA smart charger and analyser. It is a commercial grade Nickel Metal Hydride battery charger, specifically designed to charge and test large quantities of AA and AAA batteries.

Eight Independent Charging Circuits

Eight independent slots that charge one to eight AA or AAA batteries in any combination, and measure the battery capacity while you charge.

LCD Display

The MH-C980 charger incorporates a large LCD screen displaying the capacity added to each battery while it is charging. The English-language-based display (CHARGE, DONE, CONDITIONING, etc) replaces traditional LED indicators.

Selectable Standard and Turbo Charge Modes

The standard charge (1000mA) delivers the highest battery life and allows 100% compatibility with older, lower capacity batteries. The turbo charge (2000mA) allows eight 2700mAh AA batteries to be fully charged to their maximum capacity in 80 minutes! The charge rate is not affected by the number of batteries being charged at the same time.

Thermal Management System

With the built-in fan, your batteries will stay cool during charge and extend battery life. Cool batteries are happy batteries.

Built-in Deep Battery Conditioning System

The Eight Cell charger is embedded with a high-rate battery conditioner that will charge, deep-discharge at 200mA, and recharge batteries automatically for maximum rejuvenation. This can be useful for revitalising older batteries, or batteries that have not been used for several months. This conditioning process takes up to 24 hours.

Precision Microprocessor Controlled

The MH-C980 features Maha's 9th generation precision microprocessor. This microprocessor will charge batteries to their maximum capacity without overcharging or undercharging. The new 2019 design precision microprocessor assures maximum battery longevity, delivering just the right charge every time.
