Designed with the photo enthusiast in mind, it features Canon’s super-fast DiG!C III Imaging Processor with iSAPS, plus High ISO 1600 with Auto ISO Shift to counteract blur; high-quality RAW image recording; Face Detection AF/AE/FE and Red-Eye Correction; 25 scene modes plus full manual controls; dedicated ISO dial and customisable shortcut button; and a large 3.0” LCD screen with wide viewing-angle. Also features a wide range of accessories including lenses, waterproof housing, and hot shoe for using Canon Speedlite EX series flash units; or control multiple units via the ST-E2 Speedlite Transmitter.

Movie Feature - capture movies with sound up to an extra large XGA 1024x768 resolution at 15fps; or VGA and QVGA 640 x 480 can be shot at 30fps.
