The 3 Legged Thing Eclipse Leo Tripod and AirHed Switch have a new, updated look, now available in striking gunmetal grey/green. The AirHed features a new control knob for better grip and durability. AirHed Switch Ball Head

The AirHed Switch is a super compact ball head at only 8.9cm tall. The single locking knob has been upgraded for a more tactile and durable feel. Controls are simple and straightforward, tightening or loosening the knob to adjust movement and angle.

Arca-Type Quick Release Plate

An Arca-Swiss quick-release mounting plate is included and features Peak Design compatibility with hollowed spurs for clip on devices. The plate has a standard 1/4 inch thread for fast, easy mounting and positioning of your camera with a secure flip-lock to keep everything in place.

30kg Maximum Payload

Weighing in at only 1.73kg including the ball head, Leo is light and agile while remaining incredibly strong, able to support up to 30kg in its 23° normal stance. This impressive load capacity leaves you with plenty of versatility when it comes to choosing your camera and lens combinations.

Five Section Legs with Rubberised Twist Locks

Leos’s 5-section legs can be independently positioned at 23°, 55°, and 80° angles, providing flexible support options. The tripod extends to a maximum height of 139cm, with a twist lock system for each section featuring a rubberised grip, ensuring set-up is quick and easy in any weather.

Two Section Centre Column and Reversible Legs

A 2-section centre column lets you fine-tune your height adjustments to capture the perfect shot. The column can also be inverted, allowing you to keep the legs at the height you need, while lowering the camera itself. This is especially useful when shooting macro photography.

Detachable Monopod

As with all 3LT tripods, the Eclipse Leo has a detachable leg that can be used as a monopod or selfie stick. With 3/8 inch threads on either end, the Tri-mount centre column plate can be attached to the leg for easy camera mounting, further extending the tripod’s convenience and versatility.
