Can I have my order delivered?
Yes! We deliver anywhere in Australia.
How much will delivery cost me?
$19 on orders $200 and over, or $11.00 on orders under $200. Freight on orders for multiple items (3 or more cameras) or items that are bulky (some printers, scanners, backpacks, tripods and the like) will be charged at a higher rate if necessary to recover costs of delivery and insurance. We will contact you before processing your order if additional shipping costs are required.
Is my order insured in transit?
Yes! Your order is fully insured for damage or non-delivery (lost in transit). Your order is fully trackable.
Do you have a shop?
Yes! We have three stores. You can visit our DCW stores in Annerley (Brisbane), Canterbury (Sydney) or Northcote (Melbourne) and choose from our wide range of cameras and accessories. Click here.
What is your returns policy?
We generally do not refund, return or exchange an item once it has been purchased unless the product is faulty. Any decision to refund or exchange an item is at our discretion. Please contact us on 1300 365 220 to discuss. Here is more information.
Is my camera covered by an Australian warranty, as supplied by the Australian wholesaler/distributor?
Yes! All cameras come with a 12 month back to base warranty with the official Australian camera distributor (i.e. Canon Australia, Nikon Australia, Olympus Australia, Sony Australia etc). This means your camera is fully protected by the Australian distributor. All camera repair and warranty work takes place in Australia through the official distributor. Australian Manufacturer’s warranties also entitle you to claim supplier redemptions, cash back bonuses and other great promotions and competitions.
Can I get an extended warranty through you?
Yes! Extended warranties are available if you buy your camera from us. Click here to see the options.
Are your cameras ‘grey market’?
‘Grey market’ products are imported into Australia outside the official distributor channel. ‘Grey Market’ cameras are not covered by the official warranty and quality is not guaranteed. Digital Camera Warehouse has not, does not and will not sell ‘grey products’. We have close partnerships with all the brands listed on our website and direct reseller accounts with them. All products sold by us come with the Australian Warranty, as supplied by the Australian wholesaler/distributor. We don't endorse the sale, or the purchase, of grey market products.
Can I buy over the phone?

Why are your prices so low?
We have created destination shopping stores and are not shackled with outrageous shopping centre leases. We are an independent retailer with no ties to marketing or buying groups so we do not incur any group fees. This makes our pricing more favourable for you. We try to keep our overheads down, our margins low and pass on the savings to you. But, that's not all - not only do you get a low price, you get great service from our experienced staff.

Are there any extra charges for using my credit card?
There is no charge when using MasterCard or Visa credit cards. Amex cards incur a 2% surcharge to recover American Express costs incurred by us.
Can I be sure you do not pass on my personal details to a third party?
