The Canon LEGRIA FS36 is a very compact and light weight camera that is feature packed including 41x advanced zoom, high quality sensor and Dynamic Image Stabilisation that compensates for a greater amount of camera shake. With the FS36 you can record directly to 8GB of internal flash memory or SDHC memory cards for versatile storage and transfer of your movies. Video Snapshot mode makes it incredibly easy to create movies for sharing with friends and family, and Dual Shot allows you to take still images whilst shooting video. A large wide 2.7” LCD with backlight and brightness controls makes recoding and playback better in all conditions. Get up to 3.5 hours of shooting on a full battery and with quick charge 10min charge time = 30min recording time, so you’ll be ready to shoot again in minutes. RRP $399.

41x Advanced Zoom - Letting you get closer to all of the action, the DIGIC DV II processor combines with the optical precision of a genuine Canon Video Lens to deliver the reach of a 41x Advanced Zoom.

Dual Memory – record over 5 hours directly to the built-in 8GB memory or record to SDHC memory cards for flexibility and convenient storage plus easy transfer of footage.
Video Snapshot - Every time the Record button is pressed, a short four second clip is captured. Simply transfer your clips to a playlist on the memory card, select a soundtrack, and you’re instantly ready to play your movie on a TV – no need for editing on a PC.
Dual Shot – shoot stills, even during video recording.
Pre REC Mode - starts recording three seconds before the Record button is pressed so you can still capture the crucial moment even if you pressed the Record button too late.
Real Widescreen Recording – enjoy your movies in 16:9 aspect ratio on your widescreen TV without any cropping of image.
Intelligent battery and Quick Charge - shoot for up to 3.5 hours on a single charge. The intelligent battery displays remaining charge in minutes. When you do need to replenish, it takes just 20 minutes to recharge for an hour’s recording.
