The ultra-high zoom Lumix DMC-FZ35 digital camera features a 27mm wide-angle 18x zoom LEICA DC VARIO ELMARIT lens (27-486mm) that allows you to capture sweeping landscapes or tight spaces at wide-angle, or bring distant subjects up close at the telephoto end. A new Extra Optical Zoom feature increases the reach to 35.2x at lower resolution. And its new POWER O.I.S. optical image stabiliser greatly improves the camera’s ability to control blur caused by camera shake. The Lumix DMC-FZ35 comes with many advanced features such as Intelligent Auto for when you want the camera to decide the optimal settings; or use the full P/A/S/M manual controls for greater creative freedom. It also boasts new ultra-fast autofocus, start-up time of 1.2 seconds, and incorporates the Venus Engine HD image processor for fast processing of stills and HD video. Low battery drain is another key feature (approx. 470 shots from the supplied rechargeable lithium-ion battery pack). RRP $769. NO LONGER AVAILABLE.
Movie Feature – captures HD video in motion JPEG or AVCHD lite up to 1280x720/50p resolution with Dolby Digital Stereo audio. Recording length is up to 150 minutes continuous. Zoom usable whilst shooting video; shutter & aperture controls available in video mode; Intelligent Auto, movie scene modes and colour modes.
